Do you have a physical retail store?
At the moment, we do not operate a physical retail outlet. Our production unit and office operations is based in Kannur, Kerala.
How can I place an order?
You can place an order directly through our website at www.mysticcollective.in. To order, select the product you like, choose your preferred size, and add it to your cart. If you wish to customize the length, you can select the required option from the drop-down menu provided.
You may continue shopping by browsing other collections or products through the menu. Once all desired items are added to your cart, proceed to checkout. You will be asked to enter your email ID, phone number, and delivery address. After this, you’ll be redirected to the payment page to complete your purchase.
If you need any help or have special requirements, feel free to reach out to us via WhatsApp or email—we’ll be happy to assist you.
I have a discount code. How do I use it?
During checkout, enter your discount code in the “Gift Card or Discount Code” field and click Apply. The updated order total will be reflected immediately.
Do you offer customizations?
We do not provide full customization services. However, customization in color and measurements is available.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are generally dispatched within 10–12 working days. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination.

For urgent requirements, we offer an express dispatch option (5–7 working days) with an additional shipping charge of ₹450/-. Please select Express Shipping while placing your order.
I ordered the wrong size or product. Can it be changed or cancelled?
Yes, changes to size or product are possible within 3 days of placing the order.

Please note that as we follow a made-to-order model, cancellations, refunds, or changes are only allowed within the first 3 days after order placement. Once the garment goes into production, further changes or cancellations will not be possible.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Currently, Cash on Delivery is not available.
How should I care for my garment?
Each garment comes with a wash-care label. Please follow the instructions mentioned on the tag. General care guidelines are as follows:

Pastel and off-white garments: Hand wash separately in cold water using a mild detergent. Dry inside out in shade. Iron on low heat or use steam on the reverse side.

Dark or bright colors: These are dry-cleaned only due to the nature of the dyes.

Hand-embellished garments: Dry cleaning is recommended. After dry cleaning, allow the garment to air out to remove any Oduor.
We encourage the use of eco-friendly dry-cleaning methods such as wet cleaning or liquid CO₂ cleaning, which avoid harsh chemicals.
All our fabrics are pre-washed, so shrinkage should not occur. Please avoid using strong detergents, bleach, starch, or stain removers.
Minor variations in color, weave, texture, or print are natural characteristics of handcrafted and handmade textiles. These are not defects but part of the uniqueness and charm of each piece.
